Pricing includes initial setup of one to five pages with text and photos provided by client. All five pages must be implemented within the first thirty (30) days, or additional modification fees will incur. Any page additions or modifications outside the 30 day window will result in a modification fee accrued at $100/hr. Client will have access to update most text and photos on the site after it is live.
Regular pricing means others may still purchase and/or customize this design. Unique pricing means Client is the last person/company to purchase the template. Invoices must be paid in full prior to project commencement.
Client accepts full copyright responsibility for any photography, branding, text, imagery, or any other site content provided to Presley Design Studio to place on the site.
By selecting a PRESLEYexpress website, Client agrees to pay the applicable monthly fee for a minimum of 12 months. After which, Client may cancel at any time. At no time can the client copy the site design and use it again without reimbursing Presley Design Studio. Should this infringement occur, client will be invoiced the full unique price of the website. Any account past due more than one week will result in the site being removed from the Internet. Client will incur a $75 reposting fee to place the site back online. The account is considered current and in good standing after the outstanding invoice AND $75 reposting fees are paid in full. Client has the option to request one time billing for the length of the agreement, or receive invoices on a monthly basis.
Domain names must be purchased and provided by Client. All websites are purchased as-is; only text and image areas will be editable, not the actual layout or design.

By accepting these terms, Client personally agrees to pay invoices when billed according to the terms specified and understands that interest will be charged after 30 days at the rate of 10% per month and agrees to pay such interest when billed. Payments will be applied first to accrued interest and fees and the remainder to reduction of the Principal Amount. In the event that any collection action is brought against the account, Client agrees to pay all costs and reasonable attorney fees.
Any litigation brought by either party as a result of any controversy or claim between the parties arising out of or relating to this Account must be brought in Bell County, Texas. Client hereby gives authorization to Presley Design Studio, L.C. to check any or all credit history.
